Issue #23 (Chapter 7 in the Blue Book)
- Cover - presumably the illustration mentioned on page 24.
- Inside Cover - M'Oak likes anchovies. Cool, someone else who does,
too!
- Page 2 - anyone have a guess what the little building on the other
side of Quinton's tower from the fake "door" is?
- Page 6 - What exactly goes MUNCH in panel 5?
- Page 9 - "Ha! Ha! Run you morons! You're just lucky
Heath doesn't want you dead!". This is Varkias speaking,
yes? The squiggly outline looks a little like Soracia's balloons
sometimes do. However, as Sol Foster points out, the same outline is used
a few panels up, so it is Varkias. It'll be interesting to see if any
consequences arise from him using Heath's name.
- Page 10 - "Don't Touch: Volume III" I hesitate to think
what happened to Volumes I and II.
- Page 12 - Hmmm... is this the same witch from a thousand years ago
that confronted Heath after the incident with the talking bird? Since
Locumire has made her read about Heath, probably not.
- Page 18 - Hypodermics?
- Page 19 - Looks like Rubel snapped his sword in two prying that
helmet off the Iron Guardsman.
- Page 21 - Not to be a spoilsport or anything, but what's holding up
the set of shelves Heath is perched on? Magic?
- Page 25 - Note the sleeping imp off to Trisha's right.
- Page 25 - Since Heath look-a-likes (or like-a-looks for all Cerebus
fans) come along every thousand years or so, and Heath is 1,000 years
before Katara, Trisha is presumably (at least!) 2,000 years before Katara.
Yet, she writes like she knows Locumire, who is only supposedto be 1,062
years old. Curious...

noting a question about Trisha's knowledge of Locumire.
